Republic of Palau Vice President Elias Camsek Chin and Sen. Alan Rechuldak Seid invited all Palauans on Guam to their first rally for Chin-Seid for president and vice president in November, beginning at 11:30 a.m. on Sunday (cq June 15) at the Dededo Senior Citizens Center.
