Positive feedback from Portland Rally

The Presidents Day rally in Portland, Oregon went very well. Here are some comments by people that were there. More pics to come when Mrs. Chin returns from Guam.

I had the opportunity to be a part of June 6, 2008, Chin-Seid Rally in Porland, Oregon.

I was impressed by the following:

1. Leadership: Mrs. Chin and Senator Seid and Sophie - represented themselves and the campaign extremely well but most importantly showed great humbleness and care for everyone(omelengmes ma omenguul)traits that are so rare these days.

2. Their organizers - beyond impressed, i was blown away by their dedication, professionalism and friendliness.
3. Palauans living in Portland- their support and help.

Thank you and I will do whatever I can to help in the mid-west area.

Alii, I was in Portland and had an opportunity to attend JT and Chin/Seid rally. What a night and day.

I was even more impressed by Mrs. Chin's dedication and humbleness. Though one could tell she was tired and exhausted, she made a point to participate the concert and mingled with everyone.

Impressed in Portland

I attended Chin/Seid rally in Portland and like others, I was impressed and satisfied with everthing that I saw and heard. For me, the meeting was all SUBSTANCE from start to finish. My observations:

1) Very well organized... and that reminds me of Obama's exceptionally well-run campaign which tells me Chin/Seid's administration will be prepared and managed professionally. Nice!

2) Teamwork... organizers of the event were exceptional which means Chin's administration is all about Teamwork. As Seid pointed out, "Chin and I have the best combination of talents." Very true!

3) Guest speaker Curtis Elobt, a local Portlander and businessman, delivered a great endorsement speech. Way to go Curt! Stand for who you believe in and not for one who come from the same state you're from. That's me too.

4) Speeches by Seid and Mrs. Chin were owesome. Seid is full of experience and Miriam will make the best first lady ever. All Questions asked and Answers provided were all good.

5) Openness....pre-rally speeches by Elbuchel and Diaz was a class act on the part of Seid and Miriam for giving them opportunity to speak (endorsing themselves for the Senate), then leave the room before the event officially started tells me Chin/Seid is all about RESPECT. Fabulous!

6) Esols....end of rally Esols sung by Seeeeeiiid was wonderful which tells me Chin/Seid are true Palauans. Ooookwiii!

7) The Almighty...post-rally prayer with everyone holding hands was so right. Praise the Lord.

I have to share but outa time. Chin/Seid, you have my vote and I will campaign for you all the way!
